I help writers shape their prose so it’s clear, succinct, engaging, and sensitive to a wide range of readers. I have more than 10 years’ experience in substantive editing, copyediting, proofreading, publication management, grant writing, and social media management for publications, businesses, and nonprofits. I’m based in the Inland Empire of Southern California and open to both local and remote projects. I especially welcome working with writers who are conventionally underrepresented and/or systemically disadvantaged in academia and journalism. My rates vary depending on your project and circumstances. Copyediting, proofreading, and author query samples are available upon request. Contact me!
